North Pacific Sea including the Sea of Cortés

The project consists in working for the enhancement and extension of docking facilities for small vessels (yachts) in Puerto de la Paz or Santa Rosalía ports, as well as the extension of the service area in order to offer a wider range of possibilities to the visitors of the area, from the sale of fuel, service workshops, warehouses, to the possibility of building hotels, stores, recreation areas, etc.

The second stage of the CIP Nayarit will be carried out in the area of "El Capomo" with 255.25 Ha, located in the Municipality of Compostela, north of CI's first stage, Litibú and the City of Puerto Vallarta. "El Capomo" project will be developed as an urban Master Plan that will settle the grounds for tourist real estate planning in "El Capomo" reserve.

Marina Cozumel Extension

The project consists of two areas: The marine area consisting of the dock and its access channel, the piers, and the support facilities for its operation, that is, the drydock, the workshops, the launching ramps and the fuel supply station. The land area consists of the modern roadways, pedestrian walkways, tourist and residential lots, commercial and conservation areas.

The marina will have a dock adjacent to the cove, which is located between the Hotel Presidente and FONATUR lands, an access channel to the dock, a drydock with launching ramp and a fuel supply area. The dock will be divided into two areas: the first with concrete piers destined for the tourist services vessels and the second with wooden piers for visitors and the owners vessels.

The project consists in the urbanization including the construction of roadways, water grid, electrical grid, drainage and sewer system, as well as the demarcation of lots for: tourist residential use, tourist mixed use, condominium residential tourist use, commercial tourist mixed use and the construction of Channel 2 of the Marina II, plus conservation areas.

The project will consist of 3 hotels, a beach hotel that will be located parallel to the shore and will have 173 hotel rooms divided into two modules, a jungle hotel (Stage I), which will be located in the East area and will have 392 guestrooms distributed into two modules, both in three levels; a jungle hotel (Stage II) located in the West area and which will have 13 modules of three levels, each with 27 hotel rooms. Additionally, the project contemplates a three-story general services building with entrance porch, conservation and garden areas.

Modernization of Chilpancingo- Tlacoachistlahua road in the State of Guerrero

The project consists in the modernization of Tixtla-Chilapa road in a 38 km. stretch in the State of Guerrero, by extending the shoulders of the stretch in construction in both road directions.

Modernization of Mitla Sayula road in the States of Oaxaca and Veracruz

The project consists in the modernization of a 55 km. stretch in Santa María Alotepec-San Juan Cotzocón-San Juan Otzolotepec (Mixe baja) road in the States of Oaxaca and Veracruz, by extending the coating of the stretch in construction in both road directions.
